I really like the way you have placed all the features and images as you have placed the images towards the center of the page it has allowed you to place a lot of text which is good. Your contents page looks like there is a lot going on. I like the font style and simple colour scheme you have used however as your logo has a few neon colours, you could add some neon colours to your contents page like the page numbers and the titles like 'regulars', 'competition', 'features' and ' events'. Overall, it's a good contents page :)
